This full-time, benefited position will work to develop and implement the RN role and POD care team structure to support and improve panel management and clinic workflow. They will provide direct supervision to RN Care Managers with general oversight and responsibility for all nursing department staff and pods to ensure competency, coverage, quality, and appropriateness to meet medical clinic needs.
