PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1.

M

inimum of 1 year medical unit experience and 2 years critical care experience preferred.

2.

Positions that are key to the leadership of the department will expect emergency or critical care experience along with charge experience.

3.

Nurses will exhibit strong clinical skills and demonstrate critical thinking skills with an ability to be decisive and autonomous in the care of patients.

4.

All Registered Nurses will be certified in ACLS, PALS, and TNCC upon hire or within one year of hire. It is further required that certifications be kept current.

5.

Must possess basic computer skills related to Windows navigation, mouse usage, keyboarding, email communication and password management.

6.

Must be able to effectively use the electronic medical record utilized at
