This is a twenty-seven bed inpatient unit specializing in care of neuroscience, kidney transplant, and endocrinology patients. The unit services young adult, mature adult, and older adult patients, and occasionally an adolescent patient. The neuroscience patient population includes: laminectomies, craniotomies, VP shunts, seizures, ALS, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and strokes. The Registered Nurse's practice is based on a primary nursing philosophy. The! re is a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration and! coordination in meeting patient and family needs.

Required Qualifications:
Current WA State RN license, at least one year RN med/surg hospital experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Transplant experience; Neurology & Neurosurgery experience.
