Description: Group Health Cooperative is hiring RN-Staff Nurse-Primary Care Job right now, this job will be placed in Washington. Detailed specification about this job opportunity please read the description below. RN-Staff Nurse-Primary Care-140051 Description Provide nursing care to a defined group of patients on an on-call basis, adhering to Group Health ambulatory Nursing Care Standards, the Nursing Code of Ethics and Group Health policies. Coordinate and facilitate healthcare services for the patient in other segments of the healthcare delivery system. Provide and coordinate nursing care for the patient in collaboration with the healthcare team. The Registered Nurse is an integral member of the healthcare team, overseeing and participating in patient assessment and the formul! ation and implementation of the care plan.

Education ! Minimum Associates Degree Nursing Degree from an accredited program. Preferred Education Bachelors Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Knowledge/Skills Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements Intermediate Communication, problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills. Preferred Knowledge/Skills Unspecified Experience Minimum 1 year None.

Preferred Experience Other Experience Ambulatory care nursing experience. Primary nursing or case-management experience. License/Certifications Minimum License/Certifications Requirements At time of hire Current Washington State RN License.
