Coordinates the Infection Control and Employee Health Programs for Rockwood Clinic in order to meet the health and related needs of the patients of RWC; provide high quality services in a personalized, caring and effective manner; work in cooperation with other area providers; contain health care costs; and continually assess its role in the health care environment and evolve to meet the challenges of the changing environment; complies with all rules and regulations governing the activities of the Clinic including OSHA/WISHA, and other appropriate regulatory agencies.

Education:

• Bachelors degree preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of three years experience as staff nurse.�

Licenses/Certificates:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse
