In this position, you will be responsible for development,delivery and maintenance of accessible, up-to-date, effective and sustainable Electronic Medical Record (EMR) training programs for clinicians and their support staff. Work directly with clinical staff to facilitate IS service capabilities and commitments, and to represent their EMR application experience and needs back to Information Services. Provide leadership, technical project coordination, consultative services, and liaison with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure positive training outcomes. Provide ongoing training support as needed in support of project operations (day-to-day) sustaining. May direct work of other staff members.

Requirements:Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Informatics, Nursing or other clinically related field (or equivalent combination of education an! d experience)
• Minimum of four (4) years instructional! design, classroom instruction, or information technology services experience, to include at least two (2) years of curriculum development utilizing blended learning formats for a diverse audience
• Minimum of two (2) years project coordination with stakeholders in a healthcare environment
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with providers and clinicians

Required Credentials:

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Education, Informatics, Nursing or related field
• Recent healthcare experience, preferably in a pediatric setting
• Working knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical processes
• Experience with Cerner, Epic, or other leading vendors of clinical information software strongly desired
