BSN preferred
New graduate or experienced RN
Acute care nursing experience preferred
This posi! tion may be for a specific business line that may require special skills, knowledge and/or experience as specified in the job posting: 1+ years pediatric nursing experience for pediatric care area (or equivalent education and/or experience)
WA State RN Licensure with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year of hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 year of hire for Pediatric care area
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate clinical information
Strong analysis/problem solving skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of an interdisciplinary team
Computer skills
Ability to teach
Knowledge of nursing processes and practices
Work requires active physical exertion up to 33% of the time with ability to lift objects weighing 50lbs or less
