The Staff Nurse is a licensed practitioner who uses the nursing process to provide patient care. This includes exercising independent nursing judgment in managing the care of patients with complex health problem(s) and collaborating with patient, family and other healthcare providers/disciplines to optimize the patient’s return to health and promote independence in self-care. Supervises and coordinates the work of ancillary healthcare personnel. Required Qualifications Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Solid organizational and multi-tasking capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Provides and documents safe, therapeutic, and cost effective care Commitment to teamwork, building and maintaining Perinatal skills Minimum of three months experience as an RN Preferred Qualifications BSN At least 1 year of independent experience with Labor and Delivery Interested yet?
