Position Summary
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the coordination of the overall operations of an assigned unit(s) to include the provision of resources and an environment that facilitates optimal, cost efficient patient care delivery. This position defines and monitors the standards of patient care and nursing practice, ensures availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources, supports collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes.

Minimum Requirements
Five years recent clinical experience in specialty area. Three years previous experience and demonstrated skills in progressive supervisory roles.

Education/Licenses/Certifications
Current WA State RN License. Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or affiliate field. Master’s degree preferred.

Additional Information

This position! requires previous OR &/or PACU management experience.
