Working in a team oriented environment and within scope of practice for specialty and training, directs and ! provides patient care for a broad range of clinical presentations including: minor surgical, internal medicine, orthopedic, pediatric, gynecological, and general medical conditions, as well as well child and well adult exams. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, provides comprehensive, coordinated and supportive care to all patients. Works along side physician practitioners in a consultative and collaborative manner. Evaluates and manages long-term chronic medical conditions, conducts preventive services and care as appropriate for age and sex of patient.

Credentials/Experience: Nationally accreditated Family Nurse Practitioner with 2 years directly-related experience, including the review and interpretation of labortory tests, EKGs, and x-rays.

Minimum qualifications: MSN in area of specialty, national board certification as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
Minimum licensure: Advanced Registered Nurse Prac! titioner in Washington State with prescriptive authority. Current ACLS; PALS is required based on area of assignment.

Minimum experience: 2 years mid-level care experience in area of assignment in a health care setting.
