The Emergency Room Nurse Manager will work with a not-for-profit medical center dedicated to serving the surrounding community. For over 50 years, the hospital provides compassionate care using state-of-the-art technology in an inpatient and outpatient setting, as well as reaching out to the community with education, research, and healthcare outreach.

The Nursing Manager of Emergency Services will be responsible for the financial management, staff management and development, day-to-day operations, and program development in the Emergency Department. The Manager of ED will be managing a 20 bed Emergency Unit with high stroke and cardiac cases.

Reporting directly to the Nurse Director of Emergency Department, the Nurse Manager of ER will be supported by approximately 70 FTEs and experienced Charge nurses. The ER Manager will be able to work with tenured and skillful staff members and reputable physicians. The team embraces positive work! atmosphere with great team work.
