We are seeking an experienced Clinical Education Consultant for our Western Region.
Responsibilities:
Works with Field Sales and Service in providing education and clinical expertise during pre- sale, installat! ion and post-sale activities.
Consults with the customer d! uring the planning phase to develop education programs to meet our customers' unique needs and expectations.
Provides support during installation by providing education to customers on clinical application of the products. Input is provided by the CEC to appropriate personnel on product issues, customer feedback and training materials.
Will work various shifts as deemed necessary for successful pre-sales demonstrations, evaluation or installation.
Provides customer training on all clinical applications of equipment specific to care area.
Works closely with the Sales/Service/Project Leads/CEC Manager to coordinate installation and training events at the assigned customer site.
Provides a consultant role early in the installation process to develop the education process.
Develops program schedules in accordance with the CEC matrix quote.
Communicates all relevant customer information including product and/or customer problems or opportunities to ap! propriate personnel.
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse.
Five years of recent Critical Care experience, preferably in a Critical Care environment.
Fully competent in the application and operation of all products in all environments.
Extensive travel is required, and can range from 70 to 90%.
Experience in management, education or as a preceptor is desired.
Demonstrated effective presentation skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
Computer experience is desirable, including word processing and use of Internet communications.
Demonstrated flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and a high level of professional demeanor.
