Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) that is licensed or in the immediate pro! cess, and qualifies, of obtaining RN licensure in this respective state to work as a Clinical Manager in the Operating Room.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for organizing, planning, leading, and directing clinical and management activities for the designated department and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Accountable for daily operations and oversight of nursing practice and patient care delivery. Participates as a member of the health care team in maintaining continuity and quality of patient care. Contributes to organizational operations and supports the mission by fostering interdepartmental communication/collaboration. Demonstrates a high level of ability in leadership, supervisory skills, problem solving, patient advocacy and public relations.

Requirements include:
Bachelor?s degree preferred.
Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or willing to obtain licensure in another state, assuming that all pre-requi! sites have been satisfied.
Current CPR certification.
! Current BLS and PALS card.
3 yrs exp & clinical knowledge in Operating Room
2 yrs in a charge nurse/ leadership or equivalent positionThere are 2 positions open, one at St. Joseph Medical Center and one at St. Francis Hospital

Duties and Responsibilities
Assesses patient needs, signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Documents the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
Provides a safe, comfortable and therapeutic patient environment.
Initiates and evaluates patient and/or family education.
Revises and documents the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of ! care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
Monitors the safety and effectiveness of the environment and equipment.
