We seek an exceptional Clinical Manager to accomplish successful day-to-day operations for internal medicine, allergy, and geriatrics. In conjunction with the Physician Managers and Administrator, the Clinical Manager oversees administrative, personnel and operational activities to assure efficient delivery of high quality patient service.

Scope includes performance management, scheduling optimization, b! udgeting, patient service, and physician/staff relations. The ! Clinical Manager will also collaborate in Lean Management initiatives, maximizing patient value while minimizing waste.

Ideal applicants possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare-related field; 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a clinic setting; a knack for communicating effectively on sensitive topics with individuals and small groups; and strong critical thinking skills.
