A facility located in Central Washington is actively hiring for a Nurse Director of Emergency to join the team and provide clinical leadership to a suppo! rtive and collaborative staff. The hospital is one of the main providers of healthcare for the rural community, and the ER Nurse Director will be a prominent leader in ensuring that the highest quality of care is delivered.

The Emergency Room Director will oversee 30 experienced nurses and assistants and provide clinical expertise to its 4-bed ER. The community hospital sees a wide range of emergency cases ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, and the ER operates at full census daily. The Clinical Director of Emergency will provide hands-on leadership when needed and work with Directors and Managers across the hospital to deliver the most effective treatment for patients.

The hospital is currently working on a series of quality improvement initiatives, so the Clinical Director will play a role in shaping the future of not only the Emergency Department but the hospital as a whole.
