Janitorial/Maintenance Summary
This Full-time-time position performs Maintenance / Janitorial activities to assure overall quality maintenance and repair of our skilled nursing facility. Position is responsible for cleaning the Convalescent and Retirement Center and maintaining restroom and janitorial supplies, and general maintenance. The perfect candidate will work Sunday - Thurday 3pm-11:30pm.
Responsibilities of Janitorial/Maintenance Includes
Assist, as directed by supervisor, in performing maintenance/janitorial activities in accordance with Panorama, guidelines and established policies.

Maintain an excellent working relationship with all departments and work on the team to assure that daily needs of the residents are met without interruption.
Experience working Janitorial or Maintenance in a Hospital or Skilled facility preferred.
Head Custodian, Maintenance Supervisor, Buildings and Grounds Supervisor, Custodian, Facilities Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Supervisor
