Foss Home and Village is a 211 bed skilled nursing facility located in North Seatt! le, Washington. Both the rehab and nursing staff display extreme dedication and loyalty to the facility and surrounding community they serve. The rehab staff consists of 5 full-time PT/PTA’s and 5 full-time OT/COTA’s in addition to a Rehab Director and 2 SLPs. The rehab gym is expected to undergo a complete remodel in later part of 2011 which will better accommodate the new modalities equipment and expected growth.
