Qualifications: Education Background High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Satisfactory completion of an approved C.N.A training program and certification. Licensure, Registration, Certification Certified as a C.N.A in the State of Washington. Work Experience 1 year patient care experience preferred. Special Training/Skills Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on assig! ned unit/department. Physical Abilities Must be able to handle a fluctu! ating workload. Able to safely maneuver patients and supplies. This job requires ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written) with all stakeholders (providers, caregivers, patients, family members) for the effective treatment of patients.
