BA/BS in education, social services, business administration, or a related discipline, OR Registered Nurse with degree from an approved school of nursing.

Three to five years of experie! nce related to quality assurance, training and development.

Prior experience organizing and coordinating large-scale projects.

Demonstrated ability to administer programs company-wide.

Ability to travel, staying away overnight as necessary.

May be placed in situations that require physical intervention with person(s) served.

Will frequently lift 25-50 pounds for short distances and will need to bend, stoop, reach, and possess hearing and visual senses (with or without assisted devices).

Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities:
