The Nurse Manager of Emergency Services will work in a medical center in beautiful Washington state where it continues to meet the health care needs of the community providing excellent emergency services, growing surgical and specialty services and a family-friendly birth center. The ED Nurse Manager will also work in the environment that embraces family centered philosophy with its commitment to advancing medical technologies.

The Nurse Manager of Emergency Services will ensure that quality nursing care is delivered to all patients on the nursing units in accordance with the policies and procedure of the hospital. The Manager of ER will assist the Nurse Director of Emergency Services with the development of patient care standards, orientation and continuing education.

The Nurse Manager of Emergency Department will evaluate staff performance, participate in nursing Quality Improvement, manage day to day operations, staff development, and maintenance of supplies and equipment.
