Description: Trinity Consulting Group is hiring PT, Physical Therapist, #10267-6 right now, this job will be placed in Washington. Detailed specification about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Client is seeking a permanent full time experienced physical therapist for its outpatient clinic.
:Review physician's referral and patient's medical records to help determine diagnosis and physical therapy treatment required. :Evaluate, care for and direct treatment for patients. :Plan, prepare and perform individually designed treatment programs to maintain, improve and/or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and/or prevent physical dysfunction in patients. :Identify and document goals, anticipated progress and plans for re-evaluation. :Evaluate effectiveness of treatment at various stages and adjusts treatment to achieve maximum benefit. :Provide patients with a meaningful rehab experience utilizing excellent clinical skills and customer service.
Qualifications:
:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). :State licensed or eligible. :Open to all new grads and experienced candidates. :Strong communication skills for accurate, concise, and organized verbal and written interactions with patients and co-workers.
